Leadership & Staff
Oliver is an experienced company builder and investor with more than 20 years' international experience originating and scaling ventures across the land, water and resource sectors, working alongside family offices, venture capital and institutional investors. As Executive Director and largest shareholder of OKA, he leads the company's growth strategy, and is also Non-Executive Director and interim Chair of clean-technology company Bygen.
Zoe is Executive Director at OKA, leading the brand and digital revival of the 40-year-old marque as it repositions for global reach across defence, mining, emergency services and the adventure sector. With a background spanning web development, creative direction and content strategy, including nine years running her own web design studio and over a decade working across the Middle East with brands such as Emirates, she brings a cross-disciplinary approach to brand and digital.
Kaleb is a hands-on, technically minded professional with a background in design, fabrication and mechanical systems. As OKA's Technical Lead Manager he works closely with the leadership team to carry vehicle design intent through to production, testing and customer delivery. He focuses on building robust, reliable systems that perform in the world's toughest environments.
Zac is a Curtin University honours graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a strong background in CAD design, 3D modelling and scanning, and mechanical systems for the mining and heavy-industry sectors. At OKA he applies that engineering expertise across design, documentation and manufacturing, with a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on approach from the office to the workshop floor.
Board
Brad is the Owner and Director of Bungulla Farming, a large-scale broadacre cropping operation spanning more than 12,500 hectares in Western Australia's central wheatbelt. Named 2016 Australian Cropping Farmer of the Year, he is recognised for innovation and data-driven agriculture, sustaining returns well above the industry average through precision farming and real-time data systems. He holds an MBA from Curtin University and is Non-Executive Chair of Origo AgTech, bringing deep operational and agtech expertise to OKA's board.

Advisory
David is a former Glencore executive and the Chairman of Seefeld, his Perth-based family investment office, which backs exceptional founders across early-stage ventures, public markets and property. He brings extensive investment and capital markets experience to OKA, advising on strategy and growth.
Chris is a Partner at Caerus Capital, the Perth-based investment and corporate advisory firm acting as OKA's corporate advisor. He brings deep capital markets and corporate advisory experience to OKA, supporting the company's investment strategy and growth.
