Key proprietary components, such as the chassis and cab, are manufactured under OKA's direct oversight with partners in Australia and supplied to regional assembly and licensing partners worldwide, who carry out final assembly for their local markets. This scales production efficiently without the fixed overheads of a full-scale plant, while retaining control over IP, quality and core component supply.
